The Decision Support System (AI based Pre Trained Application)developed by incorporating the scientific theory, could be used for selecting suitable submersible pumpset for irrigation. The decision for required pumping capacity is based on the user input data such as cropping pattern, depth of water table, geo-hydrologic conditions, electricity available (hours/day) etc. The submersible pumpset selected based on this DSS, will operate near to the best efficiency level for a longer period, thus avoiding wastage of energy and water. This application is compatible with all devices connect to internet and is useful for farmers, irrigation engineers and also Goverment agencies involved in managing tubewell irrigation.
